Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

3. Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods to the address stated above without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

4. Costs of Return

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods and is responsible for arranging the return shipment. The customer is also responsible for packing the goods appropriately for return so that they are not damaged in transit. The estimated return shipping costs are as follows:

  • EU: Approximately 16.49€
  • Europe (non-EU): Between 26.99€ and 29.99€, depending on the country
  • Outside Europe: Between 34.99€ and 49.99€, depending on the country

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage. If goods are damaged due to inadequate packaging, the corresponding loss in value may be deducted from the refund (see section 5).

5. Diminished Value & Missing Items

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This includes goods that have been opened, used or inoculated. If an order is returned and items are missing or damaged due to improper handling by the customer, the corresponding loss in value will be deducted from the refund.

6. Defects and Statutory Warranty Rights (Right to Remedy)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the delivered item is defective, damaged or incorrect, statutory warranty rights apply. Under European consumer protection law, we reserve the right to remedy the defect by either repairing the item or providing a defect-free replacement before a contract cancellation or refund is issued. Please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. We do not offer exchanges for non-defective products.

7. Exceptions

  • We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection if their seal has been broken after delivery. This includes liquid cultures and spore syringes that have been opened or used, and grow bags, grain bags and substrate bags that have been opened or inoculated.

8. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations and imperfections are to be expected and contribute to their unique charm. These items are manufactured manually and may not exhibit industrial precision. Such inherent characteristics do not constitute a defect. Returns based on these aesthetic variations must be made within the standard 14-day right of withdrawal period.
