Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods & Discreet Packaging We offer Standard and Premium shipping options to most countries worldwide.

  • Discretion is our priority: All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy. The contents of the shipment are not visible from the outside.

 

2. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Estimated ranges are as follows:

  • Europe (EU): €4.99 – €19.99

  • Europe (Non-EU): €4.99 – €19.99

  • International (Outside Europe): €4.99 – €39.99

 

3. Processing & Delivery Times Please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare and process your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

  • European Union (EU): 2–8 business days

  • Europe (Non-EU): 5–10 business days

  • International / Overseas: 7–20 business days

Note: Business days are generally Monday through Friday. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and local customs processing.

 

4. Tracking Information We utilize DHL and UPS for our shipments. Tracking availability depends on your selected shipping method:

  • Premium Shipping: Includes full tracking for all orders, regardless of weight. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping: Generally used for packages under 2kg to keep costs low. Please note that Standard Shipping does not include a tracking number.

  • Packages over 2kg: Are generally shipped with tracking due to their size, regardless of the method selected.

 

5. Damaged, Lost, or Defective Orders We take great care in packing your order. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging (including the shipping label).

  • Important: Shipping providers have strict claim deadlines. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for damage reported more than 7 days after delivery.

 

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • Standard Rule: Unless otherwise stated, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • "All Duties Included" Option: If you selected the "All Duties Included" shipping option at checkout, all applicable import duties and taxes are covered by us. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

  • Seizures: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are legal for import into their country. We are not responsible for packages seized or destroyed by customs due to local regulations.

 

7. Address Accuracy, Unclaimed Orders & Returns

Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer's absolute responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. We are not liable for any delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, the address was incorrect, or the recipient refused the delivery, the following applies:

  • Return & Additional Costs: The customer bears all costs resulting from the failed delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to us, as well as any carrier penalty fees. This total amount will be deducted from any refund due.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% applies to the value of the products to cover handling and repackaging.

  • Reshipment: If you wish for the order to be reshipped to the correct address, a new shipping fee must be paid in full by the customer prior to dispatch.

  • Europe (Non-EU): Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

  • North America: Canada, Mexico, United States.

  • Oceania: New Zealand.

  • Asia: Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam.

  • Africa: Algeria, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, South Africa, Tunisia.
