Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please review the costs outlined in Section 4, which must be borne by the customer. Then, contact us via email at support@easymushroomcultivation.com or use our contact page to inform us with the following information:

    2. Effects of Withdrawal

    If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

     

    3. Return of Goods

    You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

     

    4. Costs of Return:

    The customer will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Additionally, for any canceled order that has not yet been fulfilled, a restocking fee of 5% of the price of the goods will apply. This is the only cost incurred for unfulfilled orders.

    However, once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, the customer will be responsible for paying both the full price of returning the goods and the restocking fee of 5%. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

    The return costs are as follows:

    • EU: 16.49€
    • Europe (non-EU): Between 26.99€ and 29.99€, depending on the country
    • Outside Europe: Between 34.99€ and 49.99€, depending on the country

    The exact costs will be communicated when a return request is initiated.

     

    5. Exceptions:

    We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

     

    6. Missing or Damaged Items:

    If an order is returned and any items are missing or damaged, the corresponding value of the missing or damaged items will be deducted from the payment you are entitled to receive.

     

    7. Damages and Issues:

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    8. Exchanges:

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    9.Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

    Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations and imperfections are to be expected and contribute to their unique charm. These items are not machine-made and therefore may not exhibit the same level of precision. As such, returns or exchanges based on these inherent characteristics will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase. This policy is in place to ensure fair treatment for our artisans who take great care in crafting each piece.
